Review of My Experience with the Bradford Exchange
I have been a loyal customer of the Bradford Exchange, having previously purchased multiple items, including four clocks and two sets of pilsner glasses. While their products are of high quality, my recent experience with their billing and customer service has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.
On November 14, 2024, I ordered a Steelers four-piece pilsner glass set and a Cowboys four-piece pilsner glass set, totaling $335.08. However, my credit card statement revealed unexpected additional charges, including two incorrect charges of $174.54. Concerned about potential fraud, I disputed these charges with my credit card bank. Upon realizing the charges were legitimate, I reversed the dispute, and on December 5, 2024, my bank issued two checks to return the funds to the Bradford Exchange.
This is where the nightmare began. Despite my bank sending the payments, the Bradford Exchange claimed they never received them. Their customer service even admitted they “have more than one bank and don’t know where the money is.” This alarming response suggests major flaws in their financial management.
To resolve the situation, I provided proof of payment from my bank via email, yet their customer service refused to accept the documentation. As a result, I was left with no choice but to allow the Bradford Exchange to charge my credit card again on February 18, 2025—meaning I paid twice for the same items.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company has failed to address the problem, leaving me frustrated and financially disadvantaged. This level of disorganization and poor customer service is unacceptable.
While I appreciate the quality of their products, I cannot recommend the Bradford Exchange due to their inadequate billing system, lack of accountability, and failure to provide proper customer support. I sincerely hope they take corrective action to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

How do i sell some plates i bought forty years ago. they should have appreciated by now and i cant keep them safe anymore.

“Don't bother purchasing anything from here whether you get it or not, if you have a problem with it your stuck eating it. Just saying they may have some good reviews but be sure to look at bad ones before you make a purchase with this company. I've done everything I know to do to get this resolved, now maybe just maybe someone higher up get this and resolve my problem. I can hope.”

Why cannot i get to talk to a superviser when i ring up very important as call staff are hopeless and cannot answer my question as why i did not receive my item paid for
“It doesn't matter if you talk to a supervisor or not, I've talked to 2 different ones female and male and nothing has been resolved. They have quality products it's a shame they feel the need to take advantage of people. Karma will get them, as many people as there screwing over, it's only a matter of time before the word gets out to enough people to make a difference. A would be so ashamed if I worked here I wouldn't be able to face people. Shame on you Bradford you use to have a integrity when I ordered I knew it was going to be a great product, but because of your shenanigan's I can't trust you any longer. I would still like my money back that you owe me, if your reading this.”
